Samer S. DAR, DDS, MD

Dr. Dar is a native of Spring, Texas. He attended Klein High School and went to college at Southern Methodist University on a scholastic scholarship where he earned a B.S. in Biology. He then went on to earn his dental degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas. He graduated in the top 15% of his class on the Dean’s honor list. Dr. Dar received numerous awards in Dental School including the prestigious American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Award, Southwest Society of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons Award and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology Award. After completing his dental degree, Dr. Dar received his medical degree from Stony Brook School of Medicine in New York. He completed a year of General Surgery training and a six-year residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at North Shore-LIJ in New York. During his residency, he obtained extensive training in Craniofacial Surgery, Orthognathic Surgery, Cleft Lip/Cleft Palate repair, Facial Trauma, Facial Reconstruction, Facial Cosmetic Surgery, Head and Neck Pathology, TMJ Surgery and Dental Implants. Dr. Dar is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Advanced Trauma Life Support from the American College of Surgeons and the American Heart Association. Outside of work Dr. Dar enjoys running, reading and most importantly spending time with his family. Dr. Dar is excited about being back home in Texas.

Dr. Abdullah Paracha, DMD

Dr. Paracha received his first dental degree from Pakistan in 2003. He practiced dentistry in Pakistan and then in the Middle East before moving to America. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with honors and received his DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine). He also received the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology Achievement Award.

Dr. Paracha loves to teach and has been an adjunct faculty member at the University of Detroit Mercy, School of Dentistry. He also taught at the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine, during his DMD program.

Dr. Paracha has special interests in Cosmetic Dentistry, Implant prostheses, Root Canal Treatments, and Invisible aligners.

He believes in establishing long term patient-doctor relationships and providing the highest standards of care while being compassionate and patient focused.

In his leisure time he likes to travel with his wife and two children and loves the outdoors. He enjoys long walks, bike rides, and hikes.

Dr. Marina Siddiqi, DDS

Dr. Siddiqi earned her first dental degree from Baqai Dental College in Karachi, Pakistan in 2003; where she also met her husband Dr. Paracha. After practicing for 3 years in Pakistan she moved to Seattle to pursue further education. She completed two graduate degrees; an MS in Oral Biology and MSD/Residency in Oral Medicine from the University of Washington in 2011.

With her advanced education, she pursued a fulfilling career as Dental School Faculty in Saudi Arabia at Princess Nora bint Abdelrahman University – the worlds largest all female university. She was part of the pioneering faculty team at their dental school where she helped establish part of the curriculum and Clinical protocols.

In 2015 they moved back to the USA. While she was Assistant Professor at Detroit Mercy Dental School, she also earned her DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) degree from there in 2018. In 2019 she transitioned into full time private practice. In 2022 they decided to move to Texas and make Cypress their long term home.

Dr. Siddiqi continues to carry her love for education into her private practice where she believes in educating her patients about their oral health and treatment. She feels it is vital that patients understand “why” a particular treatment is needed and not simply because ‘the doctor said so’. She treats both adults and children.

While she performs all aspects of General Dentistry, she has special interest in Fixed prosthesis such as Crowns and Bridges, Root Canal Treatments and Clear Aligners. Her background in Oral Medicine also makes her very knowledgeable in TMJ (temporomandibular joint) disorders, Oral Soft Tissue Lesions and Sleep Apnea. She loves to give back to the community and continues to provide care at a Community Dental Clinic regularly.

In her spare time she loves spending time with her husband and 2 children. They enjoy the beach, traveling, and the outdoors together. She also tried to never miss the kids softball and soccer games.

Mengxia Chen, DDS (Pedatric Dentist)

I completed my dental education at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), where I received multiple honors for outstanding performance in coursework and clinical care. After this, I completed pediatric specialty training where I learned how to treat the unique needs of children with accuracy and compassion. My training in pediatric dentistry also included hospital rotations on treating children with special healthcare needs. I love working with children from all backgrounds and abilities to ensure they obtain the best care they deserve. In addition to clinical training, I earned a master’s degree in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University to improve healthcare inequalities and oral health prevention at a community level. I was also fortunate to participate in a research fellowship at Harvard University in Patient Safety in Dentistry to further deepen my passion for providing an optimally safe and effective oral health care for children. Overall, my dental training has prepared me as an excellent clinician who has your child’s best interest at heart. I am truly blessed to be a part of this community and work hard each day to improve your child’s health and smile. Besides dentistry, I enjoy spending time with my family. I am married have one child and an energetic dog. I enjoy cooking, trying new restaurants, or watching a movie or TV series on a typical weekend. I also get really excited about traveling! My family and our dog, Doudou, love to take road trips. My husband and I have driven to almost every state in the contiguous U.S. Fun fact: we take pictures of the states’ welcome signs as we cross the border on road trips.

Dr. Mussadiq Iftikhar (DDS, MS – Periodontist and Implant Specialist)

Dr. Iftikhar brings a wealth of experience as a periodontist and implant surgeon to Smile4Ever Family Dentistry. Upon earning his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (D.D.S) from the University of Chicago, Dr. Iftikhar went on to pursue a three-year residency in Periodontics at the prestigious Boston University.

Dr. Zameer Ali Khan (BDS, MS – Pediatric Dentist)

Dr Khan is a Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist, who earned a Doctorate of Dental Surgery (D.D.S) in 2012. As a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentists, Dr. Khan loves to provide excellence in dentistry to children from toddlers to teens. Dr. Khan has completed a 2-year Pediatric
