Whole mouth implants use a small number of implants, usually somewhere between four and six per arch, to support an entire row of replacement teeth. That’s different from getting a single implant for every missing tooth. The implants act as anchors, and a fixed or removable prosthesis attaches on top of them.
The number of implants needed depends on the type of new teeth you get, the size of your jawbone and your bite. Your dentist makes the call after examining your images not before.
Fixed and Removable Full-Arch Options. There is more than one way to rebuild a full arch. A fixed full-arch bridge is attached to implants and stays in place only removable by a dentist for maintenance. It feels closest to natural teeth.
An implant-supported (snap-in) denture attaches to implants but can be removed by the patient for cleaning. It is far more stable than a regular denture and typically less expensive than a fixed bridge. Traditional dentures rest on the gums with no implants the least expensive option, but also the least secure.
Dr. Abdullah Paracha is a DMD graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine with more than 20 years of experience in implant prosthetics and cosmetic dentistry. That experience shows in how he plans full-arch cases you get a considered treatment plan, not a template.

Full mouth implant cost varies patient-to-patient. Your final price depends on:

I was not happy with the level of service at my previous dental clinic, so my husband and I decided to search for a new one nearby. We tried this one first, and I can now say with certainty that we have found our dental home! The atmosphere is welcoming, the clinic is aesthetically pleasing, they use modern technology to give you the best care, and the staff is incredible. The dentist was very detailed about the health of my teeth and I never felt that I was rushed. I 100% recommend them, amazing place and people!Posted on Google![]()

The receptionist at the front Yesenia and Gigi were amazing! They were polite, very informative and thorough. Dental offices make me nervous and they made my experience great. The dental assistant and Dr. were great as well. Very patient, informative and empathetic. I do have to come back to finish my procedure, but they are highly recommended! Overall awesome experience!

Cost depends on how many implants you need, whether you’re treating one arch or both, and the materials used for your final teeth. Your consultation includes a written estimate.
All-on-4 is a specific technique that uses 4 implants per arch in a set pattern. “Full mouth dental implants” is the broader term. All-on-4 suits some patients based on bone structure and treatment goals.
Typically between 4 and 6 implants per arch, but it depends on your jawbone size and the type of restoration. Your dentist confirms the number after reviewing your imaging.
Bone loss doesn’t automatically disqualify you. Your dentist may suggest a bone graft first or use implants designed for lower bone density. It’s assessed case-by-case.
In some cases, yes. It depends on the condition of your existing teeth, your bone health, and overall health. Your dental exam confirms whether it’s an option for you.
If your case meets the clinical criteria, yes — some patients leave with a temporary fixed set the same day. Others heal first before receiving any teeth. Your consultation determines which category applies.
Post-surgery discomfort is usually well controlled with prescribed medication and is not considered severe. Individual experiences vary based on the amount of work done in a single visit.
With proper care and regular check-ups, implants can last many years — often decades. The prosthesis on top may need adjustment or replacement over time based on wear.
Coverage varies by plan. Some plans cover full-arch treatment partially; others don’t cover it at all. Check with your insurance company and we’ll help explain your benefits.
We accept CareCredit and offer payment plans to make treatment more manageable. Ask our team about current options during your consultation.
